Night appetite existed about 30 years ago . And its founder is Tuan Haji Abd Munaim and PN . HJH Fazilah which have 3 children . At first , Hj Naim an orphan at the age of 10 years , only ABC roadside stall in lake garden , then sell Satay . Soon he had moved his business to the Old Bus Station ,no longer in Taxi Station and start the business hours in the afternoon until night . And then move on to the next motorway ‘MOTHER AND CHILD CLINIC’ who also operate from afternoon to evening . He moved on again in the night market which is now where the establishment ‘China town plaza Taiping’ and that’s where Hj Naim name his restaurant ”selera malam’.
When I went to ‘selera malam restaurant’ at that time they were having new special menu that is ‘nasi arab’ that have been the customers attraction on that night.My oder was ‘nasi arab with lamb kuzi’. The rice was extremely long and have very strong aroma that makes me felt more hungry.The lamb was very soft and grilled that makes it more delicious to eat especially when you are starving.
